CEBERT PHARMACEUTICALS ACQUIRES WORLDWIDE MARKETING RIGHTS OF METHADONE HCl
Ridgefield, CT (October 10, 2001) -- Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Roxane Laboratories, Inc. announced the signing of an exclusive agreement for Cebert to acquire the worldwide marketing rights to Roxane’s narcotic addiction treatment product, Methadone HCl.
Under the terms of the agreement, Cebert will take over all customer relations, sales and marketing, including, inventory management, customer service, order tracking, and invoicing. Roxane will continue to manufacture and distribute the product on a contract basis for Cebert.
