CEBERT PARTNERS WITH CARDINAL HEALTH TO DEVELOP ANXIETY PRODUCT

BIRMINGHAM, AL (October 13, 2003) -- Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announces it has entered into an agreement with Cardinal Heath to develop a new, proprietary product for the treatment of Anxiety and Panic Disorder.

This product will take advantage of the patented Zydis technology owned by Cardinal. Cardinal’s Zydis technology is a freeze-dried orally dispersible tablet. It has many advantages over existing technologies, such as a more rapid dissolution and less grainy aftertaste.
