GEORGE BOHOURFOUSH PROMOTED TO CEBERT PRESIDENT AND COO

BIRMINGHAM, AL (December 1, 2006) -- George F. Bohorfoush was named President and Chief Operating Officer for Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He joined Cebert in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, when the company acquired a line of Methadone products to service Narcotic Treatment Programs nationwide.

Mr. Bohorfoush holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He earned his CPA Certificate in 1977 and has over 30 years as a financial manager in public accounts and several national and international businesses.
