INTRODUCTION

Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was incorporated in November, 1997, for the purpose of acquiring, licensing, developing, marketing and distributing prescription pharmaceutical products. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Cebert sold the methadone product group to Roxane Labs/Boehringer Ingelheim in January, 2009. Cebert is using the funds from this divestiture to develop additional products. Cebert was founded by current Chairman and CEO, Royce L. Watkins.

Cebert was established to provide prescription psychotropic pharmaceutical products to better serve psychiatrists and their patients. With goals to provide a number of products for the psychiatric specialty and their patients, Cebert has licensed and developed products for addiction therapy, anxiety and sleep disorder. Cebert Pharmaceuticals has also marketed some of its licensed products in the Hospice and Palliative Care market and desires to expand marketing further into oncology treatment.
